SAES Smart Materials’ core business is the invention, development and production of shape memory alloys.

We process the material from primary melting through final finishing of bar, coil, hot rolled sheet, redraw wire. Products are shipped hot worked, cold worked or thermo-mechanically processed for superelastic and shape memory properties.

Our in-house physical, mechanical and chemical laboratories support the development, control and certification of our products. We can make test heats of new alloys as small as 1 Kg for the development of new products.
